Cliff Wilson helps teams and individuals develop their leadership effectiveness. In particular, he helps clients ensure they are fostering the right level of leadership for the challenges they face in an increasingly complex and uncertain environment. Cliff has over 20 years of global experience as both a consultant and coach, specialising in people and performance. He has worked in roles across finance and strategy, operations and recruitment. Cliff brings a very practical approach, and the essence of his success lies in the deep and trusting relationships he builds from the boardroom to the basement.
Michael Buckley
WS SEARCH
Michael Buckley has fostered productive, long-term search relationships with a good cross-section of global and domestic firms for over 20 years. His numerous blue-chip clients particularly value his knowledge of the global finance market, whilst his clients leading boutique businesses prize his enthusiasm for meeting the challenges of building out talent to accommodate rapid growth. In all cases, Michael takes the time to understand the specific needs of his client, the journey they are going on, and the obstacles they must overcome – only then can the correct candidate solution be framed. The thoroughness of his approach helps explain why he enjoys such a strong reputation for successful placement and retention at senior levels. Beyond work, Michael is a father of three who enjoys the outdoors, travel and Classics.
Veronica Byrne
Veronica brings over 25 years’ experience across finance and professional services, including 17 years in senior roles at Macquarie Group supporting executives across multiple divisions. Her experience spans operational leadership, business coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
She brings a highly commercial, execution‑focused approach, translating strategy into clear structures, processes and ways of working. Veronica actively leverages technology to lift efficiency, improve visibility and enable better decision‑making across the business.
The essence of her approach lies in collaboration. Veronica believes strong, well‑aligned teams consistently outperform individuals, and that long‑term success is built through trust, clarity and shared accountability.
James Casino
James Casino is a recruitment professional with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He has spent the last 4 years working within the Australian market, supporting talent acquisition initiatives across banking and professional services, with a strong focus on market mapping, strategic sourcing, and talent research. James is known for his structured, data‑driven approach and his ability to deliver clear market insights that support long‑term hiring decisions. Beyond recruitment, he is a Mental Health Advocate and Motivational Speaker who has delivered human relations and well‑being talks across Asia, and previously served as the 76th President of JCI Baguio, becoming one of the youngest to hold the role. Outside of work, James is an avid runner and enjoys spending weekends hiking or walking outdoors with his daughter.
